Hello i travelled with festivalbus and all i can say is DONT DO IT! They got us there at midnight on the first day so we all missed half of the concert! we are still waiting for our compensation – first we were told by max that he will take the coach company to court and if he wins he’ll pay us! He lost his court case of course – then we were told that if he had a successfull year then he would pay us! Guess what? still no compensation!!!! pay up max you owe 45 of us our compensation! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Agree with the above poster.
Avoid this company at all costs, they lie on their website, and when you’re hours late for a festival (among the mountainous list of other problems) it’s too late to do anything.
They keep changing their T&C to try and dodge peoples complaints, no compensation or refund offered whatsoever, despite them quite blatantly breaking the law and not provided the service that is advertised.
Avoid. You’ll be sorry if you don’t.
Marc – the coach arrived late because a number of people on the coach were very drunk – resulting in the coach stopping for toilet breaks every 20 minutes. They broke parts of the coach, and one passenger was racist to the driver. You were on the coach so you know this is the case. The behaviour of the passengers was so bad that the coach company refused to pick them up, so we paid for another coach to bring our customers home instead – paying twice for one journey.
Fran, what festival did you travel to with us? We are 100% honest on our website and have NEVER changed our terms and conditions – to claim we have is libellous and most importantly – completely untrue. We have never broken the law, and we have also never failed to the deliver the service as advertised.
