The popular bearded rockers the ZZ Top have announced that they will performing two live gigs in the UK. The double act have grown in popularity across the UK and have revealed they are looking forward to performing live here.

Two tour dates will be played this year in order to celebrate the bands 42nd anniversary, the shows will be held in Manchester and London.

The small tour will kick off at the London Hammersmith Apollo on 24th June and there will also be a event on 25th June at Manchester o2 Apollo.

The well known rockers have revealed that they will be playing tracks from their new 2012 album which has been named La Futura. Recently one of the band members, Billy Gibbons, revealed that they band previously turned down $1 million to shave off their beards.

The two dates are likely to be a sell out.
