Robin Gibb the Bee Gees star is currently in a coma and fighting for his life after contracting pneumonia whilst gong through his battle against cancer. Fans across the world have come out in support of Robin in the hope he will battle through this terrible illness.

The 62 year old is currently in a hospital in Chelsea in West London and is being supported by his family. It is understood that his wife and children are all at his bedside.

Robin Gibb has battling cancer for a considerable amount of time and this is a major setback in his fight.

The artist has enjoyed a great musical career which spans more than six decades; his music career began in Manchester in the 1950s.

The star has had some of the greatest hits ever with songs including Massachusetts, Lonely Days, How Can You Mend A Broken Heart, I’ve Gotta Get A Message To You and Staying Alive.

It is now hoped that the Bee Gees star will now pull through this terrible coma and regain his life.
