Paul McCartney has announced his first tour dates for 2013 and also revealed that a world tour and new album will follow shortly after.
The Beatles star who has for a long time impressed as a solo artist has revealed that he will be performing live at the Poland National Stadium in Warsaw on June 22nd 2013. This date tour date will mark the beginning of a new tour that has been named ‘Out There!’.
Paul McCartney recently informed his fans that he would travel the world with his band throughout 2013. It is believed that the band will mainly focus on playing in venues and countries that they have not previously visited. The show in Poland on 22nd June will be his first ever in the country.
Work is currently being completed on a new album and this will apparently be the follow up to the LP released last year, ‘Kisses on the Bottom’.
Another announcement recently confirmed that McCartney will headline the Bonnarro festival with Tom Petty and Mumford & Sons.
Future tour dates are set to be announced which will form part of the Out There tour. Songs that will be performed on the tour include his own material and songs from his time in the Wings and The Beatles.
