Oasis Brothers Legal Battle

The feud between the Gallagher brothers continues to extend and now a legal battle has emerged. The brothers who once formed Oasis, one of the most successful rock and roll bands of all times have taken their feud to a new level.

The brothers have now got involved in a legal battle but their mum Peggy is stating that they should just sort it out themselves. The pair who are worth a staggering £63 million combined have always been more famous for their arguments than their music.

In a fourteen page legal document that is being presented to the High Court, Noel Gallagher is claiming that his brother Liam left abusive voicemail messages on the phone of his wife, Sara MacDonald. It is also being claimed that Liam attempted to attack Noel with a guitar and Liam apparently disrupted gigs through drinking too much.

Since the band split in 2009 the brother have been fighting it out in a major public battle. Noel and Liam have had arguments regarding bother their professional and private lives.

The court case first emerged in 2009 as a result of Liam missing the V Festival and Noel stating it was due to Liam suffering from a hangover. Although this was not true and Liam started a libel action against his brother.

Whilst the feud continues, both brothers continue to focus on their own material. Noel has had amazing success with his solo career and Liam is now part of a band.
