Leonard Cohen may not be a major hit with all of the modern day music fans but he is certainly a hit with many traditionalists. Cohen has become one of the most influential and respected singers in the music industry.
The artist has announced that he will play just one gig in the UK for 2012 and this will be at Hop Farm in Kent; the performance will take place in September.
Many will be surprised that the artist is doing any gigs at all not that he is 77-years –old. This one off outdoor show will be a bumper gig which will see the artist performing for over three hours.
The artist Leonard Cohen is best known for his songs Hallelujah, I’m Your Man and Suzanne.
The one off gig will offer all of the artists classics as well as songs from his new album Old Ideas.
Promoter of the show Vince Power has stated that this is an amazing coop for Kent and that he is very humbled to be able to bring the artist for a one off show.
Tickets will go on general sale from Friday.
