Kasabian Announce Winter Tour Dates

Kasabian fans will be happy to learn that the band has announced dates for a winter tour. The band will tour major stadiums throughout the UK, this will be for the first time in several years. The tour will begin in November and will run throughout December, the band are hoping that the tour will be a sell out.

Starting on November 28th the band will perform at the Brighton Centre and this will be followed by a performance on 30th November at the Motorpoint Arena in Cardiff, Wales. The band will then complete eight gigs inside twelve days, something which is uncommon for Kasabian. Dates that will run throughout December are listed below:

2nd December – Nottingham Capital FM Arena
4th December – Liverpool Echo Arena
6th December – Birmingham NIA
7th December – Manchester Evening News Arena
8th December – Newcastle Metro Radio Arena
10th December – Sheffield Motorpoint Arena
11th December – Glasgow SECC Arena
14th December – London o2 Arena

The band hope to continue their previous tour success and are hoping to sell all tickets within a matter of days to all venues. Tickets will be available to purchase from Friday 2nd September, prices have not been released but are anticipated to be in line with usual gig tickets.

Known for their excellent festival performances the band has never been one to take any prisoners. The songs lyrics which are borrowed from warfare and gang fights will be banded around on the massive winter tour that the band will produce. The band have been busy preparing for the arena tour for several months.

The band have named their latest album after a pre-historic killer, the work which has been completed on their new album will be named Velociraptor. The bands much awaited new album will be released on September 19th, Kasabian have revealed they are hoping for a number one selling album. Material from the new album will be used within the winter tour and songs from previous work will also be performed.

This is the biggest tour the band have ever completed and they are hoping to grow into an even larger band through this tour. Regarded by many as being one of the best live bands the tickets are bound to fly off the shelves very quickly.
