Jessie J Announces UK Tour

Jessie J fans will be releaved to hear that the artist has finally announced plans for her first ever tour. The singer who is currently a judge on the BBC music show The Voice will take to the road and tour around the UK in 2013.

The UK music tour of Jessie J will begin on February 26th; in total there will fourteen live performances.

Announcements for the tour were made using Twitter where the artists revealed how excited she was to announce her first ever UK and Ireland arena tour. It was also confirmed that tickets will go on sale for the tour tomorrow, Friday 25th May.

Work began on this tour several months ago and it has been named as the Nice To Meet You Tour.

Jessie J, whose real name is actually Jessica Cornish, will begin her lengthy music tour at the Capital FM Arena in Nottingham; the tour will end in Dublin at the o2 Arena on March 18th.

The tour is likely to feature all of the top hits from the star including Price Tag, Domino and Laserlight. Jessie J is already lined up for numerous summer festival performances at Wireless, Radio 1’s Hackney Weekend, T In the Park, Capital FM’s Summertime Ball and numerous others.

It has also recently been confirmed that the young artist will form part of the Queen’s Jubilee celebrations at Buckingham Palace; other music artists performing include Sir Elton John and Sir Paul McCartney.
