Prince Estate blocks ‘Deliverence’ release

The planned release of unreleased Prince music this Friday has been halted by the courts.

The independent release of the promoted 6 track ‘Deliverance’ EP by producer George Boxill has been delayed by a US court until May 3rd.

A hearing is planned to learn further evidence why Boxill has the right to release the songs. The retraining order will be extended if he cannot provide proof of copyright ownership.
