Absolutely without any doubt at all.
One of the best bands ever.
yeah...all the others have disappeared as well
they started to loose their way during whats the story and apaprt from the half decent single have done nothing of merit since...they are more like a tribute act ti themselves now...sad, but true...
No, they have made loads of great songs since then like stop crying your heart out, let there be love and many others.
no. i have never heard an oasis song i enjoyed.
No no and thrice no, Oasis would be a better band with out laim, he has no voice and no talent.Originally Posted by SteveB

Why does everyone think Oasis are so good? trying tobe the beatles never works
I like Oasis, but Suede S/T and Manic Street Preachers "Holy Bible" are my fav albums.
Party Guy
Oasis rocks!
One more vote for them!
it seems to be that the british have forgot about fantastic brit bands like the jam!!
for me its the jam!
and yer oasis arnt that good lol, there like sham 69 good to listen to but not that much talent goin on! well wiv liam any way.
Oasis are surviving on their past glories that comprises of every track on Definitely Maybe.
Everything since then has miserably failed to live up to its wonder.
They rock, have seen them live many times over the years...... the early days were definately the best, remember seeing them at T' in the Park in a tent after D Ream!!!!!! Now that is gooing back and they were great.... saw them then watched Blur and Primal Scream..... happy days!!!!
I'm with the guy who said they've become a parody of themselves. They've been treading water ever since Be Here Now. Those first two albums still more than stand up though.
i really like Oasis!
Not even close to being the best British rock band ever.
i think they were better when they first started out!!!
Yes I definitely agree with that...
perfect music
They're awesome and they're still going, something's got to be said for that, no?
No chance... 'imitation is the sincerest form of flattery' but those guys take it way too far. 'Let There Be Love' a classic example of this - if your frontman basically wishes he was Lennon then re-recording one of his more popular songs might make that wish come true. The attention to detail was good to be fair, they got the Mellotron sound spot on.
On the other hand, Noel G is a comedy legend and I will listen to anything he has to say, the guy constantly cracks me up.
